Meet Kris
Kris Campbell grew up in small town Wyoming where he developed his values: honesty, integrity, collaboration, and service. Read more about his values here.
Kris is running to be the legislator he wishes he could vote for: a public servant who listens to people, respects all perspectives, and collaborates to find solutions that work for as many people as possible. He is committed to fair representation where each person’s vote counts equally, and all voices are respected. Kris will defend your power from the Legislature’s ongoing attempts to grab it. His platform rests on 4 main pillars:
- Fair Representation, Fair Processes, Fair Taxes.
- People First.
- Constitutional Integrity.
- Community‑Centric Stewardship.

Kris is running to represent Utah House District 4 which covers Rich County, Morgan County, except for a part of Mountain Green, and most of Summit County, except for Park City (84060), Timberline, Summit Park, with district lines running through Silver Springs, across Old Ranch Road, and through Park West.
Kris will help people throughout House District 4 continue to thrive by stewarding our natural resources, ensuring our kids and grandkids can afford to live here, and maintaining the vibrant sense of community where neighbors help each other and have fun together! Read more about Kris here.
Accountability
When I joined the Republican Party, I agreed to be held to the standard of the party constitution, bylaws, and the platform minus any exceptions that I listed. Two clauses of the Utah State GOP Platform stand out to me as vitally important: Ethics & Standards, and the party Mission because how we ethically govern and legislate is more important than any specific policy and requires my full attention and focus.
I accept the Platform as written below as the standard by which my performance as a candidate and as an officeholder should be evaluated.
